Hi Folks, thanks for clicking through.  We have our thrid floor suite available for rent 9/1/13 for minimum 12 month lease of $750.00 + $30 for cable/internet for ONE person only. This is a 3rd floor self-contained secured suite; huge living room, big bedroom, three piece bath and French galley kitchen with dishwasher.
We traditionally have rented to grad students and have long term (3-5 year) rentals.

We are extremely quiet and are looking for the same. NO parties, lots of people coming/going, /no smoking/drugs.

We have a black lab super friendly and allow no other pets here.

This unit is within short  walk/bike ride to Penn, Drexel and USP as well as CHOP, PRESBY and commuter distance to Hahnemann and Jefferson/Penna hospitals.  (Previous tenants have been Penn Vet students, Penn Grad, Drexel Grad)
